EFTPOS Facilities are available (including Visa and MasterCard) on site for your convenience.
Medicare EasyClaim: Medicare EasyClaim is available on site. If you are entitled to receive a Medicare rebate for your appointment you can claim it back as soon as you have paid for your appointment in full. For your convenience, we use the Medicare Easy-Claim system to process your rebate on the spot. Once your rebate is processed, the amount owed to you can be credited into any Cheque or Savings account that is connected to your EFTPOS card.
Private Health: We are registered with all major private health insurance providers. Claims can be made instantly using HICAPS on site. Speak to your health insurance provider regarding the rebate that you are eligible. Note that private health insurance rebates can only be claimed where Medicare rebates are not claimed.
Cancellation Fees: There are usually people on a waitlist wanting to access counselling. If you give enough notice when cancelling or changing appointments, those people may be able to access services sooner. You may yourself be one of those people hoping to use a cancelled appointment slot if the person that cancels provides enough notice for you to do so. Please bear this in mind when changing and cancelling appointments.
If, for some reason, you need to cancel or postpone the appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.
Failure to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment, or failure to attend, will result in you being charged a $85 cancellation fee.
